For this layout I was inspired by the decorative artist. Decoration by it's self is serving to adorn or embellish. Sometimes, decorative elements are heavy used. In my case, I think decorative elements are nice addition to the overall design.
I am using similar background as in Graduation Kit I with the oyster design; a beautiful decorative frame, an image of horseshoes (for good luck), a decorative knob like a button, a wrought iron nail head, and the two quotes. First, I have placed the background, then I have decided to use strips on the top to create more visual interest. At the end - the two button tapes as a finishing touch to the whole layout.
