New_Vegetable

Photo Details
Poster: retro  (see this users gallery)

When I saw Carolīs LO - http://board.deco-pages.com/showphoto.php/photo/11564 - I thought both Portia and Dora have only a very hazy idea of what constitutes an edible vegetable. I was still laughing about Portia and the spider plant when I went into the garden and saw what Dora was doing with the brush. Since this is apparently a completely new type of vegetable I think *Brushus Horribilis* would be a good name for it.

PS Carol, if I cooked this vegetable and made it look appetising, would it qualify for the recipe challenge? I mean the November challenge. It might take a while to get it al dente….

I've used backgrounds and elements from my new kit, BIG DOG Extras, soon to be released.

OMG - this is so funny! I thought the spider plant was strange - the brush is toast!! We once had a dog that ate a rosebush, the potting soil and the pot! Love the way you told the story with the pictures!!

Oh Helen! Wouldn't Dora and Portia have a wonderful time together. This is too cute. She certainly seemed to find it delicious, even in its uncooked state. She has the same totally innocent look in that bottom photo.Where have I seen that "I didn't do it" look before? Thanks for sharing this, it made my day.
Carol
P.S. Your Big Dog Extras look great too.

Thank you both for your friendly comments. Maybe we should start a thread in the forum called Odd Things My Pet Ate. Iīm sure ours canīt be the only pets with strange tastes. Helen

What a cute layout. Love how you did the framing on the main photo. Great job.

Wonderful captions!!! Great picts and extracted bits. You ladies have the funniest dogs! Dora seems to think this veggie is consumable without any special preparation, just pick and eat.

This is hysterical. I can't believe the kinds of things dogs will eat! But I'm sure Dora (and Portia too) thought they they were doing you and Carol a favor by relieving you of these bothersome items. And how could you possibly scold a face like that? Love it!! Your new add-on looks terrific!!

If you need more doggy entertainment, you should go look at the Stuff On My Mutt website: http://www.stuffonmymutt.com/ People crack me up!
