My heart goes out to you at this time of grief, and I am so pleased that you have this creative form of therapy. The kit is just so beautiful with the textures and colours and those gorgeous flowers. And I love the sayings that you have included from you Dad's repertoire. Bless you.

I'm saddened to hear of your loss, Lorene. It's wonderful for you to be able to concentrate on the good times and memories of your father. What a great page! It really gives me an idea of what he was like. Your Favorite Things kit is beautiful!

Hi Lorene, I am so sorry about your Dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I can't tell you how much it helped me to scrapbook about my Mom when I was going through the worst of my grief after she passed away. There were tears as I looked at her photos, but I somehow felt "close" to her as I worked on the pages. It was very therapeutic for me. You have tons of support here, and people who care greatly for you... myself included, if you need me... you know I am here.
