Journaling:
When you were a baby, your daddy was on night shift, so your mom let you sleep with her. After your mom died and you were living with us, you begged to sleep with me. In the beginning, we slept side by side on the couch; as you got taller, we had to sleep with our heads at opposite ends of the couch. Then, whenever you came to stay with us, you still begged to sleep with me. So I got the futon, and it’s our bed when you are here. If you get to sleep before I come to bed, you take the whole bed (here’s the picture to prove it!). In warm weather, you kick all the cover off. But, in cooler weather, when we need cover, you take all the cover. Somehow, before the night is over, you manage to wrap the cover all around you; then we have a tug-of-war! You are 12 now, and still want to sleep with Granny. I wouldn’t trade these times with you for all the gold in the world.

I love the journaling on this, so personal and reminds me of my own Granny. She passed away about 10 years ago, she was very special to me.
Beautiful page, and I love how you used the frame and the picture spread across it, really does make it seem like she is taking up the whole space, and I can see how the blanket is totally wrapped around her... lol.

I love this page. You have created a memory by completing the colour challenge. Your journalling is beautiful and funny. I love the way you have framed the photo.
