Poster: jennieandmike (see this users gallery) I just had to use this beautiful picture of my girls to try out my new Butterfly Gardens kit. The girls are almost 6 now and it's truly amazing to watch their personalities emerging and to see what beautiful butterflies they truly are! I used the hearts and pansies background paper to create a frame around the striped herringbone textured paper. I cut out the inside of the lighter purple background and 'beveled' it, to make it look like a frame around their picture. I used one of the pansy stickpins to hold the journaling tag on and a butterfly stickpin in the top right corner. I used my eraser tool to make the stickpin appear as if it was through the paper. The large pansy element in the corner and a few butterflies complete the layout.

I love pansies and this layout...the girls seemed to be best friends as well as sisters. It has been fun watching them grow up through your layouts. I also like the butterfly stick pin and the shadow on the frame give this a great 3D look.
