What a perfectly lovely story and what a beautiful name you have. It sounds as though your parents were very imaginative 1960s Flower Children to come up with something so poetic. Lovely photo to illustrate it too. Just gorgeous.

A beautiful name and now I know of two people called Melody. Years ago I used to work in a bank and one of our clients was named Melody and everyone always complimented her on her beautiful name. You are vwery lucky to have such imaginative parents.

How cool that they both chose your name and that it has a special meaning as well. I love the sunset picture that you used as the background, it really drives home the meaning of your name.
