Journaling:
After losing Krystle, I was desperate to get pregnant again. For the
next 4 months I would get my hopes up with every cycle, and then fall into
the depths of despair when I didn’t turn up pregnant. Finally, on January 27th, we
conceived again, and I found out I was pregnant on February 18th. This pregnancy turned out to be
a keeper, and when I saw her on the ultrasound for the first time, my heart was overjoyed! … And
when we found out she was a girl, we were in heaven! Daddy was especially tickled pink (pardon
the pun!)… Jared was now old enough to understand, and he followed the pregnancy closely.
He loved hearing her heart beat at every appointment, and then would play
“doctor” on me every time we would come home from a check-up. *smile*
We were blessed with Alicia Marie Johnson on
Wednesday, October 10, 2001 at 8:03 am. She
was 20 inches long and weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and
her apgars were 9 and 9… Our little Princess, a
little bundle of joyful energy. We are in love
with our precious baby girl, and our boys!

Again, more precious heartfelt journaling...Such a bundle of joy! I love all the stamp pictures.
