Right click on the image of the blinkie, and select copy. Then go to the User CP Link (Near the top of the page), In the menu on the left, you will see a link that says "Edit Signature", click on that, then paste the blinkie (Ctrl + p on your keyboard) (or you can right click your mouse in the signature box and select paste from the menu.) into the Your Signature: box... Hope that helps.
