Alex got new solid tires for his bicycle after having to change his tube and pull thorns out of his tire several times a week. I checked his tires after a week of riding to and from work. There were many thorns and a piece of glass - to the right is a small sampling of the goodies stuck in his tires. January 19, 2008

Looking at the ammount of things in the tyres, solid ones are certainly the way to go.
I love the page especially the cogs and the washers around the bits stuck in the tyres.
