Wow, great journaling!! And the quote about hide and seek -- that's right on the money. Don't you miss the headstones like they used to make? The beautiful ornate ones with angels and heartfelt laments. In the lovely cemetary "park" where my parents are buried, all the headstones have to lay flat so the mowers can go over the top of them. Kinda takes the shine right off doesn't it? Nice job on your layout!

Interesting to read your journaling...you would love the cemeteries here...they are amazing with the statues, crypts, stones, memorials. Of course it is solid stones and items, hardly a hint of grass to be found, but it is also a favorite place I go and take photos, walk around.

We have no grass in our cemeteries either.
