I think it is great he wants to help. My kids never offered to help, it was always me having to ask them to help. Great page ...

What a great helper. Glad to see he likes to help his dad in the yard. Justin loves to help get the mail and bring up the garbage. Unfortunately, he won't be doing the gardening since we pay a service for that. Great job.

What a wonderful helper he is, and it's great that you caught it on film (well, I guess I should say got a picture of it ) It's hard to let them grow up, but about the tractor...I looked at it with my boys as 'driving practice!' Easier for them to learn about corners (too fast), backing up, driving straight, and just general rules about maturity and being safe on a garden tractor than first in a car or truck! I bet you'll be very proud of him by season's end!
PS You have a beautiful yard!

Great photos and layout! They do grow up too fast - My babies have babies and it's hard to not be there to fix things for them when things go wrong! He'll be an expert lawn guy at the end of the summer!!

That is so cool that Matthew wants to help out! He and his dad are doing a great job -- your place looks like a park!

He is already growing up...he has a black belt! If he can accomplish that, the garden tractor should be a breeze. He has good understanding, and like Physio said....it is good practice before getting in a car. Looks like it is a big yard to keep up with so is good he can help his dad!

They do grow up way too fast! It is very cool that he is helping his dad though! It is wonderful that you are able to capture these moments though! Wonderful page with the totally cool template of Marcee's!

Thank you all for your kind comments. I know I have to get used to the idea that Matthew is a teenager, and can do more things around the house and-or yard. It's just that when I was a young girl, I knew a boy who lost his leg in a tractor accident... I know I can't protect Matthew forever... it's just hard to cut the apron strings... but I am working on it... really I am.

So nice to see your young man helping and learning and so eager to as well!!! The photos capture their hard work and their hard paying off.. your yard looks lovely!!! the template is perfect here.. love the papers and elements too.. TFS!!!
