My little Princess is 5 years old. I can’t believe it!… Though you’ve been wanting to be five since you turned four… You are such a sweet little angel, and we are so blessed to have you... You are half princess and half tom boy. You love to dress up in pretty clothes, and love pink and purple. When it comes to your physical self, you’re a girly girl. But, once you’ve gotten past that, you are such a tom boy! You love to play with the boys’ toys, and Josh is your favorite playmate. You two will spend hours (when you’re not spatting) playing with animals, or dinosaurs. You like to get down and get dirty… Yet, you are afraid to do things that boys would do. No heights for Princess, and no scary rides either!!! ... You’re very emotional. You always have been. Ever since you were an infant I would sing you the song, “I’m an Emotional Girl” by Terri Clark… “Sometimes I laugh, sometimes I cry, sometimes I do both and I don’t know why! I’ve got a passionate heart, and that’s just the way things are. You and me could give it a whirl, but I’m warning you boy, I’m an emotional girl!”… You are very loving and affectionate. You love, love, love to give hugs and kisses. You seem equal with your affections too. Sometimes you want Mommy, and sometimes your heart belongs to Daddy… Yes, you really are a Daddy’s girl.... Some of the things that you like the best are big cats with spots (leopards, cheetahs, jaguars, etc), Disney Princesses, horses… I’m not sure where the horse thing came from, but you have always loved horses. You and Amanda will bring out all your toy horses and your ‘My Little Ponies” and spread them all over your room. You both love to play with horses! ... You like to watch movies too… But where Justina would always pick out the princess movies, you don’t. You like to watch the Land Before Time movies, and Disney movies such as Brother Bear and Lion King… Probably because they involve animals… And since the boys are into animals, You are too... I love you Princess! Happy Birthday!

I love the page you've made for your princess out of her favorite colors and the journaling is wonderful in the number 5. Cool action!

Your journaling and pages are always so detailed and special. This type of thing will tell them what you saw in them as well as everyone else for years/generations to come what they were like. No guess-work on who they were or what they liked or were like!
