ohhh, I like the big dirt pic and the close-up of the plant.. the page design and colours and element choices are perfect... and I really like the title font.. TFS!!!

I was thinking the same thing, start working in leaves in the fall...grass clippings are also great, but you need to make sure they are not weedy. Our garden when we had one was all "blow sand"...even yet, after lots and lots of compost, it is not as heavy as I would like. Seems like the nutrients just sink down leaving the sand. Maybe you could try adding some of that soil moist granuals...that puff up when water hits them and they hold the water for the plants longer. At least it is "usually" easier to pull weeds!

I keep my garden in pots of potting soil... LOL... I guess I am just lazy! Last year I only had one tomato plant, but this year I have 12 of them. I can't wait! Good luck with your garden... love your page composition, and your photos really tell the story! Great page!
