Poster: scrapladyandmore (see this users gallery) What was I thinking...I loved this LO by scrap-genie and decided to use it for the scrap lift challenge. A closer look and I found myself blending irises in the background and cutting out circles to paste all around...lol! I did finally get this done...probably took me longer to lift than it did our scrap-genie to make originally. Oh LaJ, I love it! Thanks for scraplifting my layout. I thought I was seeing things. LOL. I love the photo of your flower with the great bark texture behind it.

Lovely botanical, and great job on the scraplift! The bark makes for a splendid background texture to the "tentacles" of the flower.

"tentacles" of the flower...nice way to describe the flower. It's very unusual ... remember it being called Japanese Iris when I bought the bulbs years ago...looked it up online...there lost of Japanese Irises, but I have found this one yet.

Scrap-genie picked the perfect paper for my flower...the swirl background looks like the "tentacles"!
