There is the smile I hoped to see on his face for the parade!! Firewords either scares them to death because of the noise, or they absolutely love it. We can see on his face which it was for him!

Your layout is real eye-candy! Love all the paper piecing you've accomplished. And he sure looks fascinated by the fireworks display, too. Adding the Statue of Liberty is a very nice touch, too.
