By the time you get to my age, you had better well like yourself, because you have had enough time to make the changes, internally and externally if you so wished.
I accept that I am overweight, but slowly loosing now that I am able to be more active (nothing like a major knee operation to slow you down.
Now one thing about being overweight is you don’t have many wrinkles, now I have them!
Wrinkle or Overweight! Overweight or Wrinkles!
No I am have to go with changing being overweight, the wrinkles can be a sign of my experiences in life, good and bad.
Have to work out more at the Gym and try eating less, really, really hard to loose weight the older you get.

I love the photo!! It's loving and true!! Also love the eyes on both of you! It's a super layout with great journaling - weight vs. wrinkles! I so totally understand!
