You are not alone! I have the same problem - Im workin on it too, but.... the older I get the more forgetfull I get and that doesnt help when trying to talk either, lol. Good luck, sounds like you have a grasp on it!

Also journaling and you have many of us who do the same thing. I'll go along pretty good for a while and then bam...I say something. Great that you recognize it and are working on it!

great journaling. i think it's tough to say things the right way sometimes because we all wear our hearts on our sleeves. the fact that you care enough to work on it is wonderful.

I think we all suffer from that. I know I do. Often it is because I expect people to be honest with me as I am with them and total honesty is not always the best. Sometimes it needs to be sugar coated.
