The Catfish are biting again - This fella liked hot dog buns to munch on... He really gave dh a run for his money, they are really fighters and run out the line as much as they can. After this catch, he caught a smaller one, then after that one bigger than this one....which ran with the line and snapped it Gotta get the bigger pole with stronger line out for the next go-round with these guys!

Great catch and photos!!!! I love fishing and I love catching catfish because they do fight so much Too bad about the one that got away

I was just thinking looking at your photos about when I caught some in the small "river" which runs into Lake Manistee in the upper penn. of Michigan when I was little. My great grandfather skinned them with pliers and we had them for dinner. They were actually very good!
