What a lovely unassuming little fellow this is. No bright feathers to attract attention, just happy to blend into the background. And I like this kit all the more for its subdued colours which allow him to take centre stage.

I can see why they call it a white crowned sparrow...such a sweet little crown of white! Pretty page, good pic! Nice of him to be taking pics for you while you are off with your prop!!

wonderful page... I love the composition on this, the choice of kit was just perfect to show off your the wonderful photo your DH took! I have said it before, and I will say it again, you two are a great team! I really like the paper strips and stitching... very nice page!

Have to agree heartily with the other comments. Really like the picture and the way it pops yet blends with the background. [Had to look at the background to see wasn't part of the tree].
