My journaling reads: I know no better way to shed feelings of stress than to spend a peaceful day out birding. I especially like the quiet in out of the way places and drinking in images of natural beauty. I feel like I can store the images in my mind to see me through other days and stressful times. I also find reading a way to distance myself from everything stressful for a while. Awesome photo...I just love reflections in the water like this. The blues and golds in your LO really brings out the wonderful colors of the photo!

It reminds me of a place where my husband & I used to hike.
