I love the way you did this LO! I am an avid cabbage hater so I wont be trying the recipe. But the LO is fantastic!!

Tami, Thanks for your comments. Glad you like the LO, but sorry you won't be wanting to try the recipe.  I tend to find red cabbage too sweet or mushy, but Jim's is just right for me and I thought it was great with goose. I'm now looking forward to trying out CAZ's freebie! Thanks to both of you!

I love your layout and the recipe sounds yum!! We had red cabbage with our christmas dinner last year, but my Aunty made it very sweet. This recipe sounds tastier. By the way, what do you do with the rest of the bottle of red wine??? It would be a shame to waste it. LOL.

I love cabbage so I will be trying this recipe...bet it is a pretty color. The left over red wine sounds nice, too!
