Itīs hard to believe that the solemn little girl and the smiling teenager are one and the same person. Theyīre only 12 years apart in age but they belong to two different eras. The first photo was taken at a time when the flamboyant flourish of art nouveau ornament was in fashion and the other at the height of the art deco style with its geometric shapes and primary colours. Both of these photos were so badly stained and creased it took me days to make them presentable but all my old photos are so precious to me I felt it was worthwhile.
How exquisite! Your layout is a wonderful setting for these two lovely photos. They sure were worth the effort it took to restore them - and you did that so well also. Great job!

Really beautiful page. The photos are glorious and the elements you have created are perfect for the era.The blues and silver are great together. I hope they will be part of a new kit soon.

Thank you.
Carol, I donīt think that the art deco style is popular enough to warrant a kit, maybe a QP, but you know itīs fun just to make something for yourself now and then. Helen
