IŽll eat practically anything in crunchy batter and I love pickles. Never heard of this way of eating them though. Probably canŽt get your particular pickles but I imagine any will do (?) On 2nd thoughts beetroot might not be a good idea...

Sounds yummy!! Will have to see what I can find comparable here. There is a great "Russian dill" which compared to our dill pickles, the french ones have nothing close to any of our pickles...not sure about germany. Pickles are not just pickles....

OOohh this one brings back memories for me! I grew up in a family owned restaurant, my dad used to make me fried pickles when i would get out of school to go along with my hamburgers! Now im going to have to try making them for myself.. thanks so much for sharing this one, beautiful lo too!! You did a fantastic job on it
This one just screams summer to me..
